Return & Exchange Policy
All purchases are subject to the following terms:
Standard Merchandise
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days after delivery for an exchange or store credit only. Cash refunds are subject to a 15% fee.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a requested replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value.
Final-Sale Merchandise
All discounted or sale merchandise, Nike SB Dunks, and other products identified as “Special Release” or “Final Sale” are final sale. These products may not be returned or exchanged, except when defective, damaged, incorrect, or when a return or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs
- If you added Free Returns + Package Protection (Redo) at checkout, your return label is free.
- If Redo was not added, return shipping is paid by the customer and can be purchased through our return portal.
Shipping costs vary depending on the item’s weight, size, and the return location. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Approved merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase may be required.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed inside a separate shipping box; labels, tape, or postage may not be applied directly to the shoe box. Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may be refused or may have a reasonable deduction applied to the store credit, to the extent permitted by law.
Shoe-Box Condition
Shoe boxes are protective packaging and may sustain minor dents, creases, tears, or other cosmetic damage during storage or shipping. Cosmetic damage to a shoe box alone does not make the merchandise defective and is not grounds for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Shop App Orders
Orders placed through the Shop app involving Shop Cash or similar promotions—are subject to a 20% restocking fee on any otherwise eligible return. The fee will be deducted from the merchandise value used to calculate the exchange or store credit.
No restocking fee will be charged when the return results from our error, an incorrect item, a qualifying defect, or where the fee is prohibited by law.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs for ordinary returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If we confirm that an item was defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return-shipping costs as required by applicable law.
Inspection and Processing
All returns are inspected before approval. Store credit or an exchange will be processed after we receive and approve the returned merchandise. Time Machine Skate Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
